    All houses include 50” TV’s equipped with Netflix and Now.tv subscriptions.
    The 7 bed house also boasts a private home cinema room which includes an 84” projector and surround sound.

    All houses feature their own private gardens with decking, making them ideal for socialising and BBQs. The gardens are even looked after for you by a gardener (included within the bills).

  • Clean and Fresh

    All rooms are professionally cleaned, decorated and maintained before the start of each and every student year.

    The houses are provided fully furnished to a very high specification.

  • Security

    For your security we provide window restrictors on all ground-floor rooms, double glazing, robust and secure exterior doors, black-out blinds and CCTV.

  • Safety

    To keep you safe, the houses are equipped with fire doors throughout, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and blankets, modern fire-resistant furniture, thumb-turn locks and fire escape windows (where appropriate).
